Hi! I’m Lauren!

I’m a Chicago-based actor, singer, dancer, content creator, and fitness instructor with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Wright State University. Originally from Cincinnati, I performed with regional theaters and appeared in films and national commercials. I’m currently signed with Babes ‘n Beaus Model & Talent.

I’m also building my creative career behind the scenes, blending storytelling and strategy as a content creator and brand strategist.

Additionally, I’m a certified yoga instructor and fitness coach, teaching at Through the Body in West Town, where I combine movement, mindfulness, and performance in my classes.

Whether I’m onstage, onscreen, or online, I bring passion, discipline, and authentic connection to everything I do.
